Smoke at Waste Processing Facility

FIREFIGHTERS were called to the Waste Processing facility at Longue Hougue this morning following reports of smoke.

The Guernsey Fire and Rescue Service was called to damp down waste following a report of smoke at the Waste Reprocessing facility at Longue Hougue shortly before 11am today. (25527664)

The call came in at about 10.45am. The crew spent time damping down and were at the site for about 45 minutes.
