'Hi all, following the tragic events of yesterday the Guernsey men’s basketball squad would like to open their training session tonight to anyone from the community who wants to be around other ballers, have a ball in their hands, shoot around, just be around the game and others who may be feeling whatever it is they are feeling,' he said.

'There will be games, drills, shots and maybe a few tears, whatever feels right, no judgement, just love.

'Anyone is welcome.'

  • The training session is from 8pm until 9:30pm at St Sampson’s High School
