Aurigny booking change offer now includes Easter
AURIGNY has extended the temporary changes to its booking policy up to and including 19 April, which includes the Easter school holidays.
Anyone departing in the next few weeks may change their booking to a later date and admin fees will be waived, although a fare difference might apply.
Alternatively they can apply for a full refund if they choose not to travel. The refund is in the form of a credit voucher, which can be used on a future booking in any name within the year. It is easier for the airline to process these so they can be done more quickly.
Given the high number of calls to the airline’s customer call centre, all changes can be made online and refunds will only be dealt with via a newly set-up e-mail addresses – creditvoucher@aurigny.com and refunds@aurigny.com.
