Ten new cases of Covid-19 found on Wednesday

TOTAL active number of cases of Covid-19 has again dropped, after just 10 new cases were found yesterday.

There are now 305 cases in the island. This comes after 10 new cases were found on Wednesday and 41 people recovered. Of the new cases, two are from unknown community sources, while the rest are contacts of known cases.

There are currently eight people in hospital, two of which do not require clinical care.

The next States of Guernsey press conference will be held tomorrow at 1pm. An update on local vaccinations is expected to be given then.
