Rocky Gardner, who suffers from bronchitis, said he had decided not to get the vaccine, while his friend Sheena Eborall said she was unsure how to go about getting one.

‘We’ve never had a letter about it,’ she said.

Thirteen new cases of Covid-19 were reported in the Bailiwick yesterday, of which five were symptomatic community cases.

With eight people having recovered, this means the current total number of cases stands at 65, none of which are being treated in hospital.

In addition to those who are having to isolate as a result of travelling into the Bailiwick, 116 are isolating after being identified as contacts of a positive case.
