St Peter Port’s senior constable has resigned after failing to submit the douzaine’s annual accounts for three years.

Zoe Lihou stepped down from the position on Friday, citing family and personal matters, and accepting that the parish’s audited accounts had not been presented since 2020’s in November 2021.
