Civil servants urged to turn down 5% pay offer
Civil servants have been advised by their union leaders to reject the States’ pay offer for 2025.

The proposed increase of 5% was put to a ballot over the weekend by the Prospect union, which also represents air traffic controllers, customs officers and learning support assistants.
