Trinity and Eden were released on the island on Friday.
When found earlier this year close to death they weighed just 15kg and 18kg - the pups should have weighed over 40kg.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager it had been a fantastic day.
'Everyone really enjoyed themselves and the release went better than we could have planned from a quick boxing of the pups at the Shelter to the moment they splashed into the water,' he said.
'A huge thanks to the Bumblebee Boat team and of course the wonderful residents of Jethou from all at the GSPCA.'
