At the group's first ever awards evening, Iain Beresford, head of business development and marketing at Collas Crill, was named manager of the year.
Vicky Le Poidevin, customer services and new business manager at Clydesdale Bank International, was named best new manager, while Stuart Platt-Ransom, group managing director of Legis Group, was named strategic leader of the year.
Susie Andrade, chairwoman of CMI Guernsey, said the awards had been launched to celebrate local talent and success and to recognise those who have demonstrated exceptional management and leadership over the past 12 months.
