Post is going for gold after achieving silver IIP status

GUERNSEY POST has enhanced its Investor in People accreditation.

The company remains the only local utility to achieve IIP endorsement and has now achieved silver standard accreditation.

The IIP award scheme, which was reworked in 2009 to introduce bronze, silver and gold levels, assists and supports businesses of all sizes in achieving improved people management practices and business performance.

Using interviews and assessments, IIP helps organisations with their business planning, employee engagement and management effectiveness, evaluating what is working and what needs further improvement.
