JT Group buys global voice and data provider Worldstone

JT GROUP has bought UK-based telecoms business Worldstone for an undisclosed sum.

The CI operator said the deal would enable it to significantly expand its provision of managed IT services worldwide.

Worldstone is a global provider of such services, including voice, data, network and contact centre solutions.

It has partnerships with more than 100 countries and JT said that the deal would open up implementation, management and support facilities for its business and its customers in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US.
