Icsa students are honoured

STUDENTS with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators were recognised at its awards ceremony at Castle Cornet.

STUDENTS with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators were recognised at its awards ceremony at Castle Cornet.

Lt-Governor Air Marshal Peter Walker handed out certificates for the Certificate and Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration, the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme and the MSc in Corporate Governance.

New associates and fellows of the institute were also recognised.

Air Marshal Walker said that he was pleased to be able to join the congratulations for the successful students.

'I am a great believer in the philosophy of whole life learning.

'There is an awful lot we need to develop in ourselves and the businesses we're associated with in order to improve the way we go about our business, and hopefully the economic prosperity of the Bailiwick.'
