Profits and revenues soar at Ravenscroft

HALF-YEAR profits and revenues at investment manager Ravenscroft have soared in 2017.

As well as having a stellar year financially, Ravenscroft showed its support for local good causes, including organising the inaugural 13-mile night walk to raise money for Cancer Research UK. (19600486)

The locally-owned business, listed on the International Stock Exchange and now employing more than 80 people, increased operating profits by 79% to £1.79m. and revenue by 51% to £9.17m. Total assets under administration went up 23% to hit £3bn.

‘We are delighted to be reporting such high trading volumes in a period of political uncertainty, particularly in the US and UK,’ said group CEO Jon Ravenscroft.
