Hannah Gibson, a manager and team leader in the investment consultancy team, and assistant pensions administration manager Maria Le Lere are the latest members of the club – which recognises staff who have notched up at least 10 years of service.

Some 45 BWCI staff and partners have reached this milestone, more than 35% of the overall team. They include Fiona MacDonald, an assistant manager in BWCI’s pensions administration team, who has passed the 25-year mark.

Paula Ogier and Julie Le Sauvage, who are members of the secretarial team, have each completed 30 years. Meanwhile, Mark Leadbeater, a manager in the insurance actuarial team, has passed the milestone of 35 years at BWCI.

‘We are very proud to have such a high proportion of long-standing staff, which demonstrates a high level of engagement and enables us to build up close working relationships with our clients,’ said BWCI’s senior HR manager, Alison Hawkins.
