Bedell in merger with Cayman-based firm

BEDELL Cristin,which has offices in Guernsey and Jersey, is set to merge with a Cayman-based law firm.

The deal with Solomon Harris is hoped to be completed by the end of August, with the Grand Cayman business rebranding as Bedell Cristin at a later date. Founded in 1998, Solomon Harris is a full service law firm employing 28 people in Grand Cayman.
