Enhance Group appoints non-executive chairman
LYNDON TROTT has been appointed as non-executive chairman of Enhance Group, which provides investment reporting and consulting services.
He succeeds group founder James Painter in the role, who said the appointment completed the business’s succession planning that had been implemented over the last two years.
‘Lyndon’s significant board experience along with working knowledge of our business gained over recent years as a non-executive director complements perfectly the young and ambitious management team we now have in place,’ added Mr Painter, who will remain on the board in a non-executive director and investor role.
As well as providing continuity to the board, Mr Trott’s experience in asset management, investment funds, capital markets and the fiduciary sector will support Enhance’s growth strategy. He has been a member of Enhance’s board for the past three years.
Mr Trott is also well-known as a senior politician in Guernsey and currently serves as vice-president of the Policy & Resources Committee.
