Positioned to lead in succession planning

HSBC has made a senior appointment in its Channel Islands business.

Christopher Jones has been named as head of trust relationship management for private wealth solutions in the Channel Islands.

Based in Jersey, he will oversee the delivery of succession planning solutions to the bank’s high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. Mr Jones previously worked in HSBC’s private banking business in Hong Kong,

With Christopher’s wealth of experience with the bank, he understands HSBC’s priorities and values and will be a core part of our developing strategy in the coming years,’ said Anthony Hingley, head of private wealth solutions in the Channel Islands.

Mr Jones, who has worked at HSBC for 13 years, said: ‘The Channel Islands private wealth solutions business has gone through some significant and positive changes in recent years to offer our clients the very best service.
