Vistra appoints pan-island manager
JANE PEARCE has been appointed to a new role at Vistra overseeing the management of the firm’s Guernsey and Jersey business divisions.
As managing director of UK, Ireland and Channel Islands, she will be based in Jersey and work in collaboration with Vistra’s divisional and commercial leaders.
The company offers trust, fund administration and corporate services.
She has been succeeded as managing director of Vistra Jersey by Clive T Wright, who has a career spanning more than 30 years in the global finance sector.
‘Jane will drive a coordinated business strategy across the UK, Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey to help us achieve Vistra’s growth vision in the long term,’ said Vincent Bremmer, regional managing director for Europe.
‘With Jane’s track record of leadership success at Vistra Jersey in the past three years, I am confident that she will lead the businesses to achieve new heights in the years to come.’
