SG Kleinwort Hambros (CI) has a new CEO

CHRISTOPHE HUCHET has been appointed chief executive officer of SG Kleinwort Hambros (Channel Islands) Ltd.

Previously, he was deputy CEO of the Channel Islands – a role he has held since January 2018 – as part of a career spanning more than 16 years with Kleinwort Hambros’ parent group Societe Generale. He has held several senior positions within the group, starting his career in Paris before moving to Hong Kong and then Milan, where he was chief operating officer of Societe Generale’s Milan branch.

Mr Huchet will be responsible for developing the business strategy in the Channel Islands. He will provide banking, investment and wealth management solutions to domestic and international clients and financial intermediaries.

Based in Jersey, but covering all the Channel Islands, he is also a member of the executive committee of Kleinwort Hambros.
