Jennifer Rosser has joined the corporate department, while Andrew Murphy and Gary Orritt have been appointed to the dispute resolution team.

‘This is a great boost to our established Guernsey team and it further strengthens our ability to offer a seamless, multi-jurisdictional service to clients from our unique Crown Dependency network,’ said group partner Wendy Benjamin.

Ms Rosser was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales in 2016 having trained and qualified at a regional firm in south Wales.

Mr Murphy has particular experience in insolvency-based litigation. He has acted for a portfolio of clients including insolvency practitioners, receivers and high street lenders. As part of this work, he has dealt with a range of insolvency litigation, non-contentious corporate restructuring and general commercial litigation. He was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales in 2012, having trained and qualified at a regional firm in his native town of Swansea, South Wales.

Mr Oritt has advised clients on different aspects of litigation and dispute resolution after working within large UK law firms. He has substantial experience, gained over the last six years, of working in insurance-based litigation. Over that time, he acted for several major UK-based multinational insurers.

His work also focuses on trusts, insolvency, corporate litigation, employment and regulatory.

Mr Murphy was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales in 2017 following his training at an international law firm based in Birmingham.
