Business appointments: Legal expert joins Ogier
BRYAN DE VERNEUIL-SMITH has joined Ogier’s dispute resolution team in Guernsey as a managing associate.
An active member of the Guernsey International Legal Association, Advocate de Verneuil-Smith has a broad commercial litigation practice that covers financial services disputes, banking litigation and contentious insolvency.
Most recently, he represented the executive directors of Carlyle Capital Corporation in the jurisdiction’s biggest ever civil trial.
