Business appointments: New client services directors for Equiom

EQUIOM GUERNSEY has appointed two new client services directors in its Guernsey office.

Dustyn Molver and Olly Norman bring more than 45 years of combined industry experience with them as Equiom, a global provider of professional services, beefs up its local team.

Welcoming the pair to their new roles, Equiom Guernsey managing director Caroline Prow said: ‘Our ultimate aim is to strengthen our proposition in Guernsey, developing local expertise to deliver market-leading client services.

‘With a local team consisting of specialists in a number of disciplines, I am excited to build on our current offering with the appointments of Dustyn and Olly and I look forward to working with them both towards achieving our objectives in Guernsey.’

Mr Molver has more than 20 years’ fiduciary experience, having managed a portfolio of private clients, multi-family offices and company and trust structures across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Equiom, he worked within the trust and fiduciary divisions of various large financial service providers as a vice-president and private client director.

In his new role, Mr Molver is responsible for leading a number of client services teams in Guernsey and will oversee a portfolio of key ultra high net worth private and corporate clients.

Mr Norman joined Equiom as a senior manager in the client services department following the acquisition of Ardel Trust Company Limited in 2015.

He has more than 25 years’ experience in fiduciary services, having worked in the trust industry for his entire career.

In his new role as director, Mr Norman has responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of client services in Equiom’s Guernsey office.

He is also the high-level point of contact for a number of key clients.
