BWCI celebrates staff’s 10 years of service
THE long service of staff at BWCI has been celebrated.
This year has seen the number of staff at the independent consultancy join the ‘10-year club’ reach 50 for the first time.
The latest members of the club were actuary Erin Bisson, a team leader in the actuarial pensions team; Daniel Guilbert, an assistant manager in one of BWCI’s major client teams; and Jenny Martel, the business’s first ever bursary student who is now an assistant manager in the pensions administration team. They were joined by Hannah Sarson, who is a senior administrator who plays a key role in the insurance administration team.
As well as marking 10 years’ service, Margaret Boucher’s 25 years’ service with BWCI was also marked. A qualified actuary, she is a senior manager in the pensions administration team and a director of BWCI Pension Trustees Ltd.
BWCI’s senior partner Stephen Ainsworth presented the long service awards at a celebratory lunch for all of the 10-year club members and thanked each of them for their dedication and contribution to the group’s continuing growth.
