Specsavers marketer gets global recognition
THREE Specsavers employees have been acknowledged globally for their talents and contributions to the marketing industry.
Eilish Ashworth, 26, was selected from hundreds of entries across the world, to be listed in the 50 best emerging marketers as part of The Drum’s ‘Future 50’ list.
The leading global publisher for marketing and media industries said the ‘economic convulsions’ of the last 15 months had meant the stakes for marketing activity had never been higher.
The former Ladies’ College student joined Specsavers in 2017 as a marketing manager at La Villiaze, before being promoted to senior marketing manager earlier this year.
Guernsey-based Victoria Simpson-Clarke, head of marketing activation, and UK-based Julia Arenson, head of creative operations, featured in Campaign’s 40 Over 40 list. The new award scheme celebrates those who have made an ‘exceptional contribution to their company or the wider industry during their careers’.
