Terry Buckley has been nominated for her efforts in keeping the GSPCA team grounded throughout lockdown.

GSPCA manager Steve Byrne has put Ms Buckley forward for the Cherry Godfrey-sponsored award as she continues to provide a professional and caring front line face for the organisation – ‘From the thousands of owners we help through our cremation service and death of their pet to the boarding service, which has been incredibly challenging this year,’ he said, ‘to the thousands of calls from people finding sick, injured, stray, and cruelly treated animals in need, Terry is often the voice you will hear when you call the GSPCA and the face you see when you visit.’

Mr Byrne added that Terry was always around to help, striving to do the very best she can, and that he could not thank her enough for all she does to ensure that each person who asks for help or services receives a caring, compassionate and helpful hand.
