Cassidy Jones has been frequenting the pub for about two months and, by nominating them for this award, would like to thank all of the ‘lovely’ staff for their hard work.

‘We go for the meat draw every Friday and it’s always really packed,’ she said.

Despite the busy environment, Cassidy said that the staff continue to work excellently under pressure.

‘The staff adapt really well to the fast-paced environment and the service is still quick.’

Cassidy described how the staff are ‘always so welcoming and very engaging’.

‘All of the staff are really lovely.

‘They make sure that everyone is OK and enjoying the food – they keep regular customers happy and welcome any new ones,’ she added.

Cassidy hopes that the London House Pub staff can be recognised for their hard work and kindness.

‘When I was taking photos of the football semi-finals,’ she continued, ‘they let me behind the bar to get a better view. They even let me pour a pint for the first time!’
