Little Buttons, a charity-run pre-school dedicated to educational excellence, has been open for seven years. It prides itself on its dedicated teachers, innovative teaching methods, and commitment to holistic development.

Heidi was grateful for her nomination.

‘I’m a bit shocked, I never get nominated for stuff like this.

‘We’re always there to support the families, giving the children the best free school experience, always going the extra mile for children and families.’

Nominator Jessica Edwards spoke movingly about the help Heidi has provided to her family.

‘Heidi from Little Buttons has been not only amazing to all four children of mine that have attended playschool.

‘A year ago I lost my house in an awful house fire, and Heidi and all the girls at Little Buttons have been my rock. Not only did they go above and beyond to support my children, they mentally secured myself and my family to normal life again.

I currently have two children attending the school, and two children that have fulfilled their time there and moved on to primary school.

‘Little Buttons is not just a pre-school, they’re my family and a massive support system.’
