THE CARPET DOCTOR has been nominated for the Customer Service award.
‘I have used Sean and Karl on several occasions, some for general cleans and the odd not-so-nice cleans, but for their professional manner and excellent customer service, knowledge and great results, they truly deserve this,’ said the person who nominated them.
‘There was no awkwardness, they put us at ease straight away and got on with it.
‘They way they come across, they’re very polite, very friendly.
‘It wasn’t an embarrassing situation made worse. They’re almost like friends now I’ve used them so much.
‘The results were absolutely outstanding. I thought I’d have to buy a new carpet, but they brought it back to life.’
The team’s excellent work has inspired a sense of customer loyalty.

The Carpet Doctor is a small, family-run business which was started up six years ago by Sean Wilson, and specialises in hard-floor, upholstery and carpet cleaning.
