Pride of Guernsey: J Dorey Installations

Jason Dorey has been running the company, installing kitchens and bathrooms, for two years.

‘Jason and his team battle against a mountain of work to ensure each and every customer gets an excellent level of service, often working late into the night and weekends, sometimes missing out on family events to ensure his customers’ needs are met,’ said their nominator, Vanda Slann.

‘The team was very good and engaged a lot with me. He is always friendly and cheerful. Being a perfectionist he will never give less than 100% to any task he takes on.

‘He just goes out of his way to do things he doesn’t have to, nothing was ever too much trouble.

‘He was honest, he didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep.

‘He was very humble, so clean, tidy and respectful and a pleasure to have around. He was very patient, and would talk us through things.’
