‘The Ladies’ College has a reputation for being full of high-achievers but actually includes students of all standards,’ said nominator Neave Chatting-Tonks, 16.

‘They make sure everyone receives the support they need. I struggle with dyslexia and the support I have received from the Learning Support team has been incredible.

‘They’ve adapted things to my needs. They’ve shown me that dyslexia doesn’t need to get in the way.

‘I think it’s crucial for the school to have that support system, not just academically but mentally as well.

‘They have lifted me to be the best I can be and shown me that I have lots of talents to be proud of. They’re not just there to sit with me, they’re there to push you to your limits.

‘My grades have gone up leaps and bounds, and I believe it all comes from them individually.

‘They’re an amazing group of human beings. They’re a fabulous team and they deserve nothing more than an award.’

‘Being part of the Learning Support team is an absolute privilege,’ said the team’s head, Nicola Ingrouille.

‘The unwavering dedication exhibited by the staff members is unparalleled, reflecting a commitment that goes beyond the ordinary. Moreover, we are incredibly fortunate to collaborate with many passionate and highly professional colleagues. My team’s willingness to go above and beyond to support students’ learning journeys is remarkable.

‘Our students are truly exceptional, and everything we do is dedicated to their success and growth.’
