KIM MARQUIS has been nominated for the Customer Service of the Year award.

‘Kim works at the Premier Inn restaurant, and always has a smile on her face no matter how busy and chaotic it is. She simply can’t do enough for the customers and always makes time for a quick chat,’ said her nominator, who wishes to remain anonymous.

‘She is patient, extremely polite and quick to remember people’s names and deals with any issues.

‘She is often seen bringing plates of fresh croissants from the kitchen and offering a table service at a buffet breakfast.

‘Kim is an absolute delight and I’m sure her superb customer service skills are appreciated by all who she deals with.’

Kim has been working at the Premier Inn since February 2022.

‘That’s embarrassing and lovely,’ she said upon receiving news of her nomination.

‘I’m a bit gobsmacked, but extremely proud.’
