Mr S. Wiltshire – erect extension on side elevation and sun lounge to rear (revised plans) at La Chaumiere, La Rocquette.

Snowdrop Ltd – convert and extend existing barn to provide residential unit and create new vehicular access at La Porte, Rue de la Porte.

States Property Services – replace existing cross beam and lattice frame handrail with new cross beams and handrail of same design at Foot Bridge, Route de Carteret.

Guernsey Aero Club/Guernsey Hangarage Ltd – extend apron area to create a refuelling area for aircraft at the Guernsey Aero Club/Guernsey Hangarage Ltd, La Planque Lane.

ST ANDREW'S

Mr and Mrs R. Dorey – demolish part of existing open barn/store and rebuild to include cladding and metal sheet roofing at Le Camptrehard, Rue des Rocquettes.

ST MARTIN'S

Mr and Mrs A. Duquemin – change of use of area of land to extend and create additional car parking area for CICS, St Martin's store at Blanches Pierres, La Grande Rue.

Mr and Mrs H. Morgan – demolish existing extensions and detached garage at side/front and erect replacement 1.5 storey pitched roof extension with recessed first floor balcony and three rooflights and install ground floor balcony. Erect garden wall at side with steps. Erect garage extension at front and reposition front door at Vue de Pre, Les Traudes.

Mr and Mrs D. Podmore – erect single storey extensions at rear and side (east); remove section of hedge at side (west); extend domestic curtilage along west elevation towards west boundary; remove chimney, replace roofing materials, render all external walls and install replacement UPVC doors and windows in dwelling at La Croute Sandree, La Rue Poudreuse.

Mr and Mrs F. Gauson – extend and alter dwelling to front (south-east) elevation with terrace and glazed balustrading over. Infill existing porch with glazed door and screens, extend existing glazed balustrading and realign existing steps at Fleur du Bois, Le Varclin.

Mr and Mrs D. Vile – replace existing wooden front porch door and two side windows with new PVCU at East Lynne, 11, Les Banques.

Mr and Mrs H. Morgan – sub-divide existing dwelling to create two dwellings at Coin du Nocq, Nocq Road.

Mr and Mrs C. Ogier – erect extension at rear with four roof lanterns; install four rooflights on rear elevation of dwelling and widen vehicular access at C'est Ca, Rue de la Mare, Ronde Cheminee.

Dr and Mrs King – erect two-storey extension on north elevation, including glazed ridge and first floor terrace on east elevation at White Lodge, La Route de St Magloire.

Mr J. Bean – demolish existing rear extension and erect replacement two-storey extension. Install a larger rooflight to the front elevation and three rooflights to the rear at Flat 2, Sainte Michel, La Route de St Magloire.

Mr P. Ridley – replace three existing rooflights at rear with new rooflights and replace window at rear with glazed door; remove/replace render on front elevation of dwelling (protected building) at Courtil du Ray, Pleinheaume Road.

Mr and Mrs T. Willey – extend and alter building and construct ramp (south elevation) and demolish existing storage shed at Guernsey Fudge, Barras House, Barras Lane Industrial Estate.

Mrs M. Batiste and Mr and Mrs C. A. Martin – demolish part of existing conservatory and erect a single storey flat roof extension to rear at Les Courtillets, Rue des Marais.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the Site Notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
