Mr P. Strachan and Ms H. O'Meara – erect two self-catering units and extend and alter four existing self-catering units, create pond and associated landscaping and remove hedge at Le Camptrehard de Bas, Rue des Rocquettes.

Mrs J. Dovey – variation to works previously approved to demolish existing dwelling and erect two detached dwellings – install first floor gable window on north elevation (plot one) at Windmill Bungalow, Steam Mill Lane.

Mr and Mrs R. Prow – erect stables at rear of property at La Jonquiere, Steam Mill Lane.

Mr D. Felbabel and Miss K. Dimmet – erect a flat roof extension and enlarge existing dormer window (east elevation); engineering works to alter access and create additional parking to the front at Pres du Moulin, Ville Amphrey.

Mr R. Clarke – remove section of roadside wall to create vehicular access at Spring Cottage, Le Vallon.

Guernsey Gas Ltd – install 10 solar panels on canopy to front of building at The Energy Centre, Admiral Park.

Grange Finance (Guernsey) Ltd – change of use from storage/distribution use class 34 (transfer of goods) to storage/distribution use class 30 (for the commercial storage of any goods) at Rougeval Warehouse, Rougeval.

Ossory Estates Ltd – demolish part of boundary wall to form temporary gateway for site access and demolish existing and erect replacement store at 19, Smith Street.

Guernsey Museum – install two freestanding interpretation/information signs at two entrances to gardens at Candie Gardens, Candie Road.

Mr S. Milsted – demolish existing conservatory and erect new extension, install dormer windows on north elevation and install rooflights on south elevation and carry out internal alterations (protected building) at Magnolia House, Candie Road.

Sandpiper CI Ltd – erect fascia board and signage and internal alterations at first floor level (protected building) at 32, High Street.

Mr and Mrs C. Brock – extend at ground and first floor level, change of use from office accommodation to residential dwelling and office accommodation and create first floor roof garden/terrace at 7, Berthelot Street.

Mrs J. Gordon-Le Clerc – remove section of wall at front (south elevation) to create car parking area at Nous Voila, Rozel Road.

Mr and Mrs Martin – partially reinstate roadside wall and increase width of vehicle access at Porte de L'Est, Kings Road.

Mr and Mrs P. Birtwistle – extend domestic curtilage at Gainsborough Lodge, Rue de la Folie.

Mr and Ms P. Jarrald – variations to works previously approved – demolish existing glazed porch and erect replacement glazed porch (rear elevation), (protected building) at Pont Renier, Rue des Marchez.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr J. Le Page – alterations to store to create dower unit at Talacre, Les Osmonds Lane, La Route des Capelles.

Mr T. Burton – demolish existing dwelling and erect two semi-detached dwellings at Albizzai, Victoria Avenue.

Mr H. Camp – temporary removal of granite wall to create access, to be replaced upon completion of works at Old Farm, Pleinheaume Lane.

Mr P. Duquemin – variations to plans previously approved –

VALE

Mrs C. Le Vallee – extend domestic curtilage at Val du Creux, Belval Road.

Mr and Mrs M. Bideau – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling at Veue du Jaon, Les Mielles Road.

Mr M. Hesse – change of use from self-catering (visitor economy use class 12) of unit nos. one, three, four and 10 to residential (residential use class two) and unit six to residential (use class one). Change of use of units two, seven, eight and nine to residential use class two (retrospective) and unit five to residential use class one (retrospective) and Swallow Apartments, La Cloture, L'Ancresse.

Mr and Mrs W. Knott – erect single storey flat roof extension at rear and conservatory at front of dwelling at Je Reviews, La Grande Cloture.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
