CASTEL

Mr and Mrs T. O'Connor – erect a two storey extension on east side to create additional accommodation with first floor balconies, construct fire escape and close existing access point at Les Embruns House Hotel, La Rue du Hamel.

Mr M. J. Freeman – erect first floor extension on existing cottage, including glazed gable on north elevation, gable window on east and south elevation and install rooflights at The Cottage, Les Grantez Farm, Rue des Grantez.

Mr and Mrs J. Croft – erect two storey extension and install balcony at rear of dwelling at Le Petit Chateau, Rue Piette.

Mr and Mrs C. Chilton – demolish existing extension and erect an extension (rear elevation) and install new window (side elevation) at Le Braconnier Cottage, Rue des Eturs.

Mr and Mrs Hulme – restore house including internal alteration and construct extension to rear with glazed link. Install timber gates and create driveway, install swimming pool and associated landscaping works (protected building) at The Shell House, Le Villocq Lane.

Mr and Mrs M. Carling – convert and extend existing garage and store to create a dower unit at Beach Cottage, Les Grandes Rocques.

Mr H. Bromley – install two new windows at first floor level (west elevation) at Apartment 1, Les Carterets Mews, Rue de la Saline, Cobo.

ST ANDREW'S

Mr and Mrs G. Coutanche – demolish existing garage and erect a double garage/workshop (north-west boundary area) at Penfold Cottage, Foulon Road.

ST MARTIN'S

Mr T. Robert and Ms A. Trustum – demolish garage, outbuildings and chimney, demolish existing flat roof extension and erect new flat roof extension, construct new front bay window, remove existing dormer window on south elevation and replace with new dormer window, carry out alterations to roof, doors and windows and widen existing vehicular access at Wedgedin, Forest Road.

Fistral Trustees Ltd – variations to works previously approved to extend and alter and convert barn into two units of accommodation – extend gable to the north at Casa Mia, Oberlands, Fief Le Roi.

Mr and Mrs Whitman – variations to works previously approved – increase size of pitched roof extension at front (north), install glazed area to roof in place of two rooflights, erect porch and alter fenestration (front elevation), install window (side elevation) and erect new chimney stack at Becquet Cottage, Les Quatre Vents Estate, Les Quatre Vents.

Mr F. P. Bonamy – demolish existing timber shed and erect a blockwork shed at Catalina, 11, De Beauvoir Terrace, La Route de Blanches.

ST PETER PORT

Ossory Investments – demolish adjoining boundary wall and realign at Nelson Place, Smith Street.

Culture and Leisure Department – erect porch and replace window with emergency exit door at rear. Construct ramps/walkways and carry out alterations to landscaping at rear at Candie Museum, Les Vauxlaurens.

Mr and Mrs C. Betley – replace window with double door, deck roof area and erect glass balcony panels on rear of property to create first floor terrace at Blenheim, Doyle Road.

Mr and Mrs L. Stacey – erect extension to front of dwelling, remove existing porch and window and replace with double-glazed doors at Rosewood, Les Vardes.

ST PETER'S

National Trust of Guernsey – lay gravel to pathway, install two timber steps to road and install two granite signs at cliff path at Rue de la Prevote.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr A. C. Haywood – install storage container on site (retrospective) at Fontaine Vinery compound, 4, Vale Road.

Mr and Mrs De Jersey – remove section of front roadside wall to widen vehicular access at Bardon, Route Militaire.

Mr A. Priaulx – install decorative window shutters and door canopy at Marchez Dessus, Rue a Chiens.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr A. M. Gower – erect garage to rear of property at La Fleuronne, Rue des Bas Courtils.

Mr and Mrs G. Nicolle – demolish existing detached garage, erect a double garage/garden room/store, remove garage door of existing adjoining garage and install a window at Connaught, La Biloterie Road.

St Saviour's Land Holdings Ltd – convert ground floor store to flat, alter first floor flat and create access road and car parking at St Saviour's Hotel, La Grande Rue.

TORTEVAL

Mr C. Teers – change of use of part of dwelling for storage and distribution of wines (Residential Use Class 1 to Residential Use Class 4) at Les Bois Verts, Rue Collas Simon.

VALE

Mr K. G. Carre – change of use of former workshop to funeral services at Abigail Villa, Houmet Lane.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – construct access door on west of building at Electricity House, North Side.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
