Cable & Wireless Guernsey – erect MSAN cabinet and electric power supply box in parking area at Lorier Observatory, Rue du Lorier.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr C. P. Lowe – remove section of front wall to create larger vehicular access at Willow, Les Grandes Maisons Road.

Mr M. Bessin – variations to works previously approved to extend and alter dwelling and erect an attached double garage – raise ridge heights of the double garage and the link extension at Southern Comfort, Rue Jacques.

Ms K. Vidamour – extend dwelling (rear/north elevation), demolish chimney stack and install two rooflights (west elevation) at Cobblers Cove, Les Canus.

Mr and Mrs R. Carre – replace two existing rooflights with a larger rooflight and a dormer window at rear at Dire Straits, Les Basses Capelles Road.

Mr and Mrs S. Moncrieff – demolish existing lean-to single storey extension and erect two-storey extension and demolish chimneys at Moonshine, Route Carre.

Fell – demolish existing conservatory, extend dwelling and install glazed gable end (side/northwest elevation), raise ridge height of existing extension, install dormer window and balcony (side/southeast elevation) and rooflights and extend existing bridge over douit, culvert douit and install safety rails at Wapiti Lodge, Rue des Longs Camps.

Mr and Mrs A. W. Guille – demolish existing outbuilding (kennels) and erect an oak framed double garage at Elishama, Rue de la Fosse.

Mr and Mrs P. Le Carpentier – erect extension and install two dormer windows on rear of the dwelling at Rosedale, La Moye Road.

Mr D. Hubert – convert barn to dwelling and erect extension at side (west); install pedestrian gate in roadside boundary wall at Grande Rue House, Bordeaux Road.

Cable & Wireless Guernsey – install telecommunications cabinet and power supply box on land opposite Bordeaux Harbour, Castle Road.

Mr P. Radford – carry out repairs to existing flat roof at side (east) and install domed rooflight (protected building) at Maison Bordeaux, La Rue de Havre.

Mr and Mrs D. Bradshaw – sub-divide dwelling to create two dwellings, install two dormer windows (front elevation), alter windows and install new window and door (rear elevation) and create additional vehicular access and driveway) at Sohier Villa, Sohier Road.

Mr and Mrs D. Warr – alterations to roadside wall and drive at Opal-Tide, Rue des Hougues de Noirmont.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
