Mr and Mrs S. Lloyd – sub-divide St George's Cottage into two residential units at St George, St George's Road.

Mr and Mrs Bailey – remove two roof lights and install dormer window (south-east elevation) at St Annes Cottage, Rue de la Porte.

Gsy Sports Commission – extend existing playing fields to east with associated works (phase one) at KGV Playing Fields, Rue Cohu.

Gsy Sports Commission – remove existing stores and erect single storey building to provide additional changing facilities (phase four) at KGV Playing Fields, Rue Cohu.

Mr and Mrs P. W. Martel – erect single storey lean-to extension to rear (south) and flat roof extension to side (west) and install door. Install window on east elevation at Cambrette, 28, Clos des Mielles, Route de la Mare de Carteret.

FOREST

States of Guernsey Public Services Department – temporary use of site for the accommodation of workers associated with the airport pavements rehabilitation construction works, including the installation of 68 modular units accommodating up to 158 persons, separate laundry/stove unit and canteen/recreation unit, 40 car parking spaces and associated works at La Villiaze Vineries, Rue de la Villiaze.

The Deerhound Inn Ltd – change of use from hotel to restaurant (Use Class 15), lodging house (Use Class 6) and house (Use Class 1) at The Deerhound Inn, Le Bourg.

ST ANDREW'S

Mr and Mrs Matthews – demolish existing garage and erect new garage/study with ground floor balcony at Mill House, Mill Lane.

ST MARTIN'S

Mr and Mrs J. Ede-Golightly – demolish existing extension at rear and erect replacement single storey lean-to extension with three rooflights. Remove flat roof over first floor at rear and erect first floor pitched roof with seven rooflights at Bluebell Cottage, La Route de Sausmarez.

Guernsey Housing Association – demolish existing care home and domestic dwellings and erect new extra-care apartments with communal facilities at Longue Rue House, Valderie, Les Caches Cottage and adjacent land, Rue Maze.

Mr M. Doughty – erect first floor extension to existing single storey dwelling at Les Belles Arbres, La Ruette.

Mr N. Yeaman – change of use from retail (Retail use class 14) to office and retail (Adminstrative, financial and professional services use class 21) at Mountain Ash Shop, La Grande Rue.

Mr and Mrs C. Lovering – demolish section of roadside wall to create vehicular access at 1, Elmfield, Church Road.

Mr D. Hubert – convert barn into dwelling and erect single storey extension to east elevation at Grande Rue House, Rue du Bordeaux.

Mr and Mrs Millman – erect a conservatory on west elevation at Apartment 20, L'Ancresse Bay Lodge, Rue du Marais.

Rovers AC – extend existing terrace area and erect canopy, reposition existing fenestration and install new window on south west elevation at The Clubhouse, Rovers AC, Port Soif Lane.

Mr D. Allington and Mrs T. M. Cherry – variations to works previously approved – install French doors in existing bay window (west elevation) at Judalia, Les Prins Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list. However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
