Constables of St Martin's – erect temporary jubilee arch across road between Community Centre and La Croix Guerin Cafe car park at Community Centre, La Rue Maze.

Mr J. Wallis and Ms J. Baker – erect single storey flat roof extension to rear and side of dwelling at Three Wishes, Les Vaurioufs.

Mr M. P. O'Flaherty – erect two timber sheds (northern boundary area) at Le Fainel, Le Vallon.

Sandpiper CI Ltd – install two air conditioning condenser units and block up two rooflights (Protected Building) at 32, High Street.

Mr and Mrs D. Evans – extend and alter dwelling to create additional accommodation and a dower wing and erect an attached garage (rear and side elevations), demolish existing garage at La Petite Marette, Les Osmonds Lane.

ST SAVIOUR'S

The Rector and Churchwardens – replace inner doors to entrance porch (Protected Building) at St Saviour's Parish Church, Les Buttes.

Mr and Mrs R. and J. Ridout – extend and alter dwelling – erect extensions to front, rear and side, extend over existing garage and erect glazed link to dwelling at La Ruche, Rue du Pre Bourdon.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs R. Medhurst – demolish existing conservatory, erect sun lounge with dressing room above and install two rooflights on south elevation. Erect single-storey extension and reposition and install new dormer windows with glazed cheeks and chimney on east elevation at Smugglers Cove, La Rue de la Vallee.

VALE

Mr D. Wright – erect a detached double garage and erect wall at Palm Cottage, Roseland Lane.

Mr and Mrs M. L. Vaudin – remove section of hedge and widen vehicular access at Wedgedin, 8, La Jaoniere Estate, Landes du Marche.

Mr and Mrs N. Michel – create underground garage to north-east of property at Antibes, La Route du Douit.

Mr and Mrs W. J. Stuart – extend domestic curtilage and install post and wire fencing and field gate at Sunnybrook, Portinfer Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
