Phil wants to bring Location to Guernsey

PRESENTER and property expert Phil Spencer wants to bring hit show Location, Location, Location to Guernsey – he's just waiting for an invitation.

The 41-year-old (pictured), who presents alongside Kirstie Allsopp, has taken the Channel 4 programme to Jersey and sees no reason why other Channel Islands shouldn't get a star turn.

'I'd love to bring Location here. We just need to be invited over. People need to get in touch with us.'

In Guernsey yesterday, Mr Spencer was guest speaker at a Barclays Wealth thought leadership event. He also gave a property seminar in Guernsey in 2007 and admitted that the market had got much tougher since his last visit.
