CASTEL

Mr and Mrs Gallienne – extend and alter dwelling to side (east) elevation, install rooflight to front and rear, reposition front door and infill window to side (west). Replace garage door with window to create habitable accommodation at Maison Portelet, Clos de Petit Puits.

Mr and Mrs P. Mahieux – extend dwelling, install additional dormer window and demolish flat roof extension (rear elevation), extend existing raised timber decking and demolish stable block at Les Effards, Ruette de St Briocq.

Mr and Mrs J. Bradley – erect pitched roof on existing flat roof extension and install three rooflights (rear elevation), replace patio doors at first floor level with a window and block up (rear elevation) and install replacement window (side elevation) (retrospective) at La Cloche, Les Traudes.

Mrs P. Mr and Mrs H. Ball – erect a detached garage, fell trees, demolish section of garden wall and install gates (south-west site), extend and alter dwelling – erect a lobby, install roof lantern, remove window and install doors and create patio (front elevation) at Marchcroft, Rue de L'Aitte.

Mr and Mrs S. Broome – erect a sun lounge (side elevation) at Westcliff, Church Lane.

Mr and Mrs D. Robert – erect garage at side (south) of dwelling with one rooflight (west elevation) and erect sun lounge at rear with two rooflights (west elevation); reposition oil tank and install flue in rear roof slope of garage at Nos Treis, 7, Liberation Drive, Route des Clos Landais.

Mr and Mrs Lewis – demolish conservatory and erect a replacement sun lounge (south-west elevation) at Le Grand Bleu, Hougue du Moulin.

Mr R. Lowe – demolish existing and erect replacement extension to the rear, alterations and creation of parking area and adjustment to curtilage (protected building) at Carmau, La Route du Braye.

Ferryspeed Guernsey Ltd – install new roller shutter door and emergency exit doors at Braye Road Industrial Estate.

Mr I. Ferbrache – erect a greenhouse to front of property at Jubilee, 1, Molineux Court, Braye Road.

Mr and Mrs D. Mahrer – demolish shed and store room and erect a double garage to rear at Airlie Cottage, Maraitaine Road.

Mr D. Trustum and Ms K. Gill – extend curtilage to include whole site at Reasons Cottage, Carriere Lane.

Mr and Mrs B. C. Jolly – demolish lean-to at rear of stables and extend and alter stables to provide feed/tack room (retrospective) and resite manure skip at Lorier Lane stables, Cuckoo Lane.

Mr R. Newbould – replace boiler room asbestos roof with fibreglass pitched roof at Le Lorier, Les Mielles Road.

Mr A. Ferbrache – rebuild glasshouse to use as workshop/store (retrospective) at La Fontenelle, Rue de la Fontenelle.

Stan Brouard Group – erect two signs on new freight entrance, four signs on wall to customer parking entrance and two temporary signs opposite. Erect two signs on east elevation of industrial unit (phase one) and one sign on west elevation of new extension (phase three) (11 signs in total) at Stan Brouard Group, Landes du Marche.

Mr and Mrs Robin and Ms L. Guilbert – two storey extension and two rooflights to (south-east) elevation with full length doors and juliet balcony; insert catslide dormer window and install two rooflights to front (north-west) elevation (revised) at 2, Homestead Cottages, Pleinheaume Lane.

Mr P. Lickley – install metal gates and fencing at Le Hamel de Bas, Rue Mainguy.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
