Miss R. Barnes – variation to works previously approved. Remove existing window and block up on rear elevation at Rosedale, La Gibauderie.

C. M. Enterprises Ltd – erect a dwelling (revised scheme) on land off La Neuve Rue.

Mr and Mrs D. J. Smith – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling at Sausmarez Lodge Farm, Queen's Road.

Culture and Leisure Department – install door on the guard room/shop (retrospective), (protected monument) at Castle Cornet, Castle Emplacement.

Mr B. Mahy – install concrete pad on seabed below fuel pontoon at Boatworks+, Castle Emplacement.

Dr and Mrs R. Hanna – alter roadside granite wall and lay granite sett paving (protected building) at Les Cambrees House, Rue des Charrieres.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr and Mrs I. Hutchinson – raise ridge height to provide habitable accommodation. Install two dormer windows and two rooflights on south elevation, install four rooflights on north elevation and install window on east elevation at The Retreat, Les Gigands Road.

Mrs S. Carr – extend and alter dwelling (north, south, east and west elevations) including install rooflights, cladding and new and replacement windows and doors and demolish existing boiler house at Seashells, Pleinheaume Lane.

Mr M. Ashworth – remove hedge and erect fencing at Le Mirage and Les Autelets, Rue du Clos.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mrs E. Cutter – demolish existing conservatory and erect sunroom at Aspen, Woodlands Park, Route des Bas Courtils.

Miss J. Valpied – construct roadside bank at La Vallette field (Le Pre des Bas Courtil), Rue des Longs Camps.

VALE

Mrs B. Gunningham – erect semi-detached two-storey dwelling with single storey sections to side and rear at Brygurn, La Route du Braye.

Mrs Hunt – demolish existing and erect replacement conservatory at rear at Taganana, Loriers Lane.

Mr J. R. Gibbs – demolish and rebuild pillar on western side of gateway (pillar one), (protected building) at Maison Numero Trois, La Verte Rue.

Mr and Mrs R. Redelinghuys – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling at Les Mouettes, Portinfer Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the Site Notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
