Mr M. J. Freeman – variations to previously approved drawing to erect first floor extension on existing cottage, including glazed gable on north elevation, gable window on east and south elevation and install rooflights – formation of first floor balcony, alterations to fenestration and install three solar panels on south elevation at The Cottage, Les Grantez Farm, Rue des Grantez.

Mr and Mrs Ridout – erect flat roof garage and install glazed balustrade above to front/side of property. Remove existing window and replace with doors and balcony to front of property at L'Etoile du Matin, Rue du Dos d'Ane.

Mr and Mrs Paine – demolish existing garage, fell trees and erect an oak framed two-bay garage and log store, install an automated entrance gate at Les Merriennes, Chasse des Galliennes, Le Bigard.

Mr and Mrs C. Gregg – demolish existing garage and extension and erect replacement pitched roof extension at side (north). Block up existing roadside pedestrian access at Walsingham, Les Cornus Close.

Verdellis – variations to previously approved works to demolish existing dwelling and erect new dwelling – reposition new dwelling 500mm to east, install lightwells to basement and flat roof area, install rooflights to south east and north west elevations, replace approved balcony with dormer window at rear, change roof pitch to 42.5 degrees and lift roof at Willow bank, La Rue de la Neuve Maison.

Mr and Mrs D. Ferbrache – replace existing timber greenhouse with new greenhouse at La Carriere du Catioroc, Rue des Bordes.

TORTEVAL

Miss Y. Burford – extend existing driveway, demolish wall and construct earth bank at The Wolery, Rue de la Planque.

Mr and Mrs Le Feuvre – install a glazed link between existing dwellings, install new door at first floor level with external timber staircase at La Rocque a l'Or de Haut, Route de Crolier.

VALE

K. Le Page – install external door to lounge on front elevation of dwelling at Portsea, North Side.

Mr A. Sidaner and Miss Z. Blake – variations to works previously approved to demolish existing dwelling and erect new dwelling – construct additional basement store and external staircase at Ship's Bell Cottage, La Route du Portinfer.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port,

between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
