Mrs J. Coomer – erect timber and Perspex canopy to stables – retrospective at The Dunes, Vazon Road.

Mr M. Mapp – install dormer window, install bay of three roof windows with first floor balcony and install enlarged roof lantern (rear elevation) at Dans la Rouge, La Houguette Road.

Mr and Mrs M. Smith – erect a conservatory (west elevation) at La Cachette, Carlton Estate, Rue du Presbytere.

Mr and Mrs T. Rix – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling. Close existing and create new vehicle access at Shorncliffe, Route des Fauconnaires.

Health and Social Services Department – demolish existing building (Oberlands House), stable block and outbuildings and erect a two storey mental health unit and single storey adolescent unit, and extend parking area at Princess Elizabeth Hospital, La Rue de la Corbinerie, Oberlands.

Mr and Mrs R. Brocklebank – erect a brick-faced shed onto existing glasshouse at Budleigh, Rue Cauchez.

ST PETER PORT

Mr and Mrs K. A. Fisher – sub divide existing dwelling into two separate residential units with associated alterations at Ben Ash, Guelles Road.

G&W Properties – variations to previously approved works to convert premises into three residential units – replace dormer window with balcony (west elevation), install dormer window (north elevation), install window and alter fenestration (south elevation) at St Saviour's Tavern, La Grande Rue.

Mr and Mrs S. Brehaut – variations to works previously approved, erect ground and first floor extension to rear, install roof terrace with balustrading and external staircase to first floor level. Install three rooflights to front (south) elevation and install oil tank to side (east) – install window to ground floor extension (west elevation) and remove existing parapet walls either side of existing roof at Les Rocques, Rue du Planel.

VALE

Mr and Mrs M. Gaudion – erect a porch (rear elevation) at La Cache, Rue de la Cache, Pleinheaume.

Mr and Mrs D. Preston – variations to previously approved works to extend and associated alterations – solid roof replaced by glass on glazed link (east elevation), glazing bars removed on glazed link (west elevation), alterations to dormer windows (south elevation) at Les Goubeys Farm, Les Grandes Mielles Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port,

between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
