CASTEL

Mr and Mrs J. Tostevin – demolish existing dwelling and erect new dwelling at La Julienne, Ruette Julienne.

Mr and Mrs S. Mahy – extend dwelling (south-west elevation) at The Palms, Mare es Litres, La Rocquette.

Mr G. De Cruz and Miss A. Bilham – demolish existing sheds and erect a detached garage (north-west boundary), extend vehicular access and remove existing gate pillars, relocate oil tank and remove boundary hedge (north-west boundary) at Mimrosa, La Rocquette.

Mr M. Gallienne – demolish existing conservatory on west elevation and erect an extension at Serekunda, 2, Clos de la Cache, Sous les Courtils.

The St Matthew's Community Centre LBG – demolish existing hall and erect new community centre at St Matthew's Church Hall, Rue de la Lande.

Mr R. Smart – replace existing wooden windows with UPVC windows – retrospective at Lion Rock, Cobo Coast Road.

Mr and Mrs C. Charman – demolish existing garage and stables and erect replacement timber garage/stable block at La Fermette, Rue des Reines.

ST ANDREW'S

Mr and Mrs I. Whattam – extend and alter property at rear at ground and first-floor levels to include installation of a balconette (north elevation), install new and alter existing doors and windows and block up openings and form new entrance porch at La Maison Highbury Rose, Rue Marquand.

ST MARTIN'S

Mr C. T. Boalch – alterations to storage room to create shower room to include blocking up of archway and provision of extract ventilation (protected building) at Maze Hollow, Rue Maze.

Cleal Investments and Developments Ltd – raise roof of existing stables to create additional storage, install door on first-floor level (north) elevation, install two rooflights on north-west elevation and install window on south-west elevation. Install external staircase and door on south-east elevation at Le Becquet Farm, Le Becquet Lane.

Mr and Mrs P. Hamon – replace seven windows at front of property and three windows to rear with UPVC at La Croute, La Ruette.

Mr and Mrs P. Wilkes – erect a conservatory on west elevation at Orana, Clos de Beaupre, Saints Road.

Mr M. P. O'Flaherty – extend and alter existing garage to two-and-a-half-storey structure to provide two-bedroom flat (revised) at Les Amballes.

R. W. Randall Ltd – erect bar and create outdoor terraced area with raised stone bench, sliding steel entrance gate and glazed balustrade at corner of Smith Street and Forest Lane.

G. R. Properties Ltd – demolish section of garden wall to rear (west) boundary to provide temporary site access at Villa Celeste (to rear of Sunnycroft), The Grange.

Mr and Mrs K. Birch – install two rooflights (west elevation) at Le Foulon Farm, Le Foulon.

Sandpiper (CI) Ltd – convert and extend barn to add dwelling at Crewkerne, Le Foulon.

Mr and Mrs W. Briggs – replace dormer to front with two dormer windows and insert dormer to the rear to create a balcony area at Emma Place, 8, Pedvin Street.

Holmes Ltd – construct captain's dormer in front, extend rear roof terrace with new parapet wall and balustrades, remove roof light, alter roof, change windows to rear (Options A and B) and carry out internal alterations (protected building) at Flat 4, 16, Hauteville.

Guernsey Museum – erect memorial plaque at harbour wall, Weighbridge.

RDC Ltd – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling at Treyamon, Rue de la Pomare.

Mr and Mrs D. Dudley-Owen – extend dwelling at ground-floor level on south (rear) elevation (protected building) at Le Val de Haut, Rue du Val de Haut.

Mr Cluett – erect a conservatory (protected building) at Rocquaine Villa, Route du Coudre.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr C. Le Poidevin – erect dwelling to rear of shop; demolish wall to create vehicular entrance and parking area; erect boundary wall (alternative proposal) at Charlie's Family Butchers, South Quay.

Mr and Mrs A. Kounavos – raise ridge height to create additional accommodation at Courtil des Monts, Courtil de Monts, Brock Road.

Mr P. Farncombe and Mrs A. Marquis-Farncombe – install black aluminium entrance gates at front vehicular access at La Balise, Rue des Monts.

Mr P. Sebire – install a trim trail at St Sampson's Infants School, Rue des Monts.

Mr D. Bessin – demolish existing dwelling and self-contained unit and erect two new dwellings; create two vehicular entrances, erect pillars and walls and install new driveways with parking areas at Kohima and Le Chalet, Les Salines Road.

ST SAVIOUR'S

States Housing Department – erect replacement porch to front of property and replace existing windows with UPVC on front, side and rear elevation at 3, Les Annevilles Farm, Rue des Annevilles.

VALE

Mr and Mrs F. Murray – raise ridge height, install dormer windows and rooflights and rebuild chimney stacks (front and rear elevations) at La Rochelle Cottage, La Rochelle Road.

Mrs B. Cunningham – remove hedging at Brygurn, Braye Road.

Mr and Mrs D. Bennett – extend dormer window to rear of property (west) elevation at Val Claret, Sous les Hougues.

Mrs E. Gibney – install a pole-mounted traffic mirror on pavement opposite Slieve Donard, Rue du Friquet.

Stan Brouard Group – erect new signage to roadside walls and store at Stan Brouard Ltd, Landes du Marche.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
