CASTEL

Ms C. Bates – replace garage door on barn store with folding door and convert into ancillary residential accommodation at Les Forgettes, Le Clos au Comte.

Mr and Mrs M. Brehaut – erect single storey extension with roof terrace above and install flat roof dormer with juliet balcony to rear of property (north west) elevation. Guernsey Recycling – remove oil tank and block wall, install four new tanks, regrade and resurface site, install two Portakabin offices, reclad existing building and expand use of site to include the storage and recycling of cooking oil to produce bio-diesel at North Side Oil Depot, North Side.

Mr M. Brehaut – erect extension at ground floor level on north (rear) elevation at Airlie Cottage, La Route du Braye.

Mr and Mrs Browne – create track along east boundary of field to provide vehicular access for agricultural purposes (retrospective) at Le Courtil Gravier, Route Militaire.

Mr J. Taylor and Ms Z. De La Mare – replace door and window on garage with double wooden doors (north west) elevation (protected building) at Fig Tree Cottage, Route des Landes.

Mr and Mrs A. Richmond – erect pitched roof extension at first floor with two rooflights in east elevation and two rooflights in west elevation. Install three rooflights in north elevation of dwelling and erect a porch at rear at Corvee Cottage, La Corvee Road.

Mr and Mrs M. Coquelin – demolish garage and dwelling and erect replacement dwelling at Canta Libre, Landes du Marche.

Mrs A. Pusilova – install heat and power plant at rear of hotel at Peninsula Hotel, Les Dicqs.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port,

between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
