CASTEL

Mr and Mrs B. Clouston – carry out repairs, maintenance and improvement works to protected building at Moulin de Haut, Rue Paintain, Talbot Valley.

Mr D. Hackley and Miss C. Barrett – excavate raised garden area to side of dwelling to create parking area, relocate vehicle access, form raised deck to side and rear, demolish section of garden wall and erect bin store at Les Talbots Cottage, Route des Talbots.

Castel douzaine – lay hard surface to western gateway at Champ de la Foire, Rue de la Foire/Route de l'Eglise.

Mr and Mrs Gallienne – extend and alter dwelling (revised scheme) at The Dell, Ruette des Forfaitures.

Ms H. Ingrouille – variations to convert and extend existing garage and store to create a dower unit – omit extension, omit windows in garage door apertures, install patio doors and alter rooflights to sun tubes at Beach Cottage, Les Grandes Rocques.

ST ANDREW'S

Mrs S. Hardill – replace balustrade with glass panels and stainless steel posts and rail (front elevation) at Highlands, Rohais de Haut.

Mr D. C. N. Babbe – replace existing windows with uPVC to front, side and rear of property at Chestnut Cottage, Bailiff's Cross Road.

ST MARTIN'S

Mrs M. G. Snell – replace existing zinc garage with blockwork garage and build a wall to side of dwelling at Pine Grove, Forest Road.

Mr and Mrs S. Walsh – erect single garage to rear of property including rooflight on (north-west) and (south-west) elevation, erect fence and retaining wall along north-east boundary and erect retaining wall on south-west elevation at Maison des Frenes, La Rue des Frenes.

ST PETER PORT

Mr D. G. Brett – create two additional car parking spaces in existing car park at Beau Soleil.

Reffee Ltd – install air conditioning unit on flat roof (option A and B) (protected building) at 23/25, Le Pollet.

Mr R. McCurdy – change of use of dwelling to include use as a therapy/treatment unit (Residential Use Class 4) (retrospective) at Plaisir d'Amour, Green Lanes Avenue, Green Lanes.

Mr J. Millnes – remove section of existing roadside granite wall, create vehicular access and parking area and reduce height of west boundary wall at Laburnam, 1, Colborne Place, Mount Row.

ST PETER'S

Mr and Mrs D. R. Inderwick – erect fencing along western boundary (retrospective) at La Fontaine, Rue de la Lichoterie.

Mr and Mrs T. Veron – erect extension to rear of property (south) elevation at Les Clercs du Campere, Rue du Campere.

Mr H. Gilby – conversion and restoration of barn 'A' to provide dwelling house and store; install two rooflights in north elevation (protected building) at Les Caches, Rue des Caches.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr and Mrs R. and J. Le Cheminant – erect fence to front of property (south boundary) at Happy Daze, Route Militaire.

Mr M. Ogier – convert garage into habitable accommodation at Mon Reve, 3, Devonia Court, Les Petites Capelles Road.

Mr and Mrs J. Maguire – demolish existing porch and erect first floor extension and conservatory at rear and single storey extension at side (north elevation). Replace front door with hardwood door and remove section of hedge at rear (protected building) at Elmsdale, Rue Sauvage.

Mr and Mrs B. A. Newman – install a door and first floor balcony (east elevation) at Heathside, La Route de L'Islet.

TORTEVAL

Dr G. and Ms K. Oswald – replace roof, windows and doors on existing conservatory and reclad to create garden room. Erect glazed screen on south-west elevation and erect pergola on south east elevation at Les Messieres, Route de Pleinmont.

Mr and Mrs S. and J. Brehaut – variations to works previously approved to erect ground and first floor extension to rear, install roof terrace with balustrading and external staircase to first floor level. Install three rooflights to front (south) elevation and install oil tank to side (east) – alter balustrading from black metal to clear glass panels at Les Rocques, Rue du Planel.

VALE

Mr S. Le Tissier – remove chimney at Ventis Secundis, La Route du Braye.

Mr and Mrs M. Smith – alterations to conservatory and fenestration at rear and install sun pipe, install window on north elevation at Cove Cottage, 10, Montague Park, La Grande Rue.

Mrs L. Eker – install Velux CO1 rooflights in place of skylight (front elevation) at La Garenne Cottage, La Garenne Road.

Mr and Mrs T. Smith – erect single storey extension to rear (south) and side (west) of dwelling at Rinjani, L'Etournellerie Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
