Guernsey Housing Association LBG – variations to plans previously approved to erect 60 dwellings and 20 flats – changes to fenestration, siting of Block 1, alterations to car park configuration and landscape at Route de la Nouvelle, Le Grand Bouet.

Mr and Mrs C. Mould – redevelopment of site to erect two new dwellings with associated car parking, block up existing vehicular access and remove section of roadside wall to create new vehicular access and new pedestrian accesses at Charmouth Place, First Tower Lane.

Ms N. Terry – erect two flag poles at Les Cotils Christian Centre, L'Hyvreuse.

Mr and Mrs Winn – erect 1.5 storey extension at side (north-west elevation) with a dormer window at front and rear and car port with wooden gates at front below. Reposition wooden pedestrian gate at front (revised) at Bermuda, Route des Laurens.

Mr and Mrs D. Bisson – demolish existing conservatory and erect single storey flat-roofed extension, install first-floor window and erect raised decking area with balustrade on north-west elevation. Erect second floor extension and install dormer window on south-west elevation at Vue des Etoiles, Rue de Laitte.

VALE

Mr and Mrs D. Blake – install two solar panels on front elevation at Bordeaux View, Rue Robin.

Housing Department – install container in car parking area for temporary period until 30 June 2014 at Maison Maritaine Residential Home, Maritaine Road.

Mr G. E. Bailey – erect a shed to rear of property at 16, Courtil Le Clement, Maritaine Road.

Marais Builders Ltd – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling, form vehicular access and erect boundary walls at Violet Cottage, Rue des Marais.

Mr and Mrs T. Nash – remove hedge at side (north-east) and widen vehicular access; erect wall and fence along north-eastern boundary (retrospective) at Nirvana, Portinfer Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representation about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice. Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
