Mr T. Niedrum – remove existing windows and rear door and replace with new UPVC windows and door at Jolie Chaumiere, Rue du Bigard.

Rectory and churchwardens of Forest Parish Church – install new access ramp and steps to entrance at Forest Parish Church Fellowship Hall, The Rectory, Rue du Presbytere.

Mr and Mrs S. Robilliard – demolish conservatory and erect two-storey extension and install three light tubes (rear elevation), alter ground levels, remove swimming pool and install fence on top of existing wall at Les Messuriers, Les Messuriers.

Steve De Vial and Co. Ltd – change of use of one room of dwelling to office (residential use class four) at L'Abreuvoir, Rue des Landes.

Mr A. Miller and Miss K. Ayres – remove section of existing hedge to create vehicular access and parking area at Ferndale Cottage, Tree Tops Cottages, Les Hubits.

ST PETER PORT

Mr R. Kelly – demolish existing building and erect two-storey staff accommodation block at rear of hotel at La Piette Hotel, St George's Esplanade.

The Royal Bank of Scotland Group – install tablet sign on both sides of existing totem sign at Royal Bank Place, 1, Glategny Esplanade.

Jubilee General 3 Ltd – change of use of retail unit four to retail use classes 14 (retail trade and business), 15 and 16 (sale of food for consumption on and off the premises), and public amenity use class 24 (provision of non-residential medical or health service) at Royal Terrace, Glategny Esplanade.

Swoffers Commercial – change of use from retail to sale of food for consumption on the premises (use class 15) and sale of hot food for the consumption off the premises (use class 16) (protected building) at 7-8 The Grange.

Mr and Mrs G. Peek and Miss C. Falla – create pedestrian accesses and install gates to Courtil St Jacques at Mon Plaisir and Mon Petit Plaisir.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr E. Jewell – replace wooden windows at front and rear of property with PVC-u windows and replace timber door with composite at Fairhaven House, Roland Road.

Mr L. De Freitas – remove roadside wall to create additional parking area to front of property at Oneroa, Pre de la Fontaine, Robergerie Road.

Mr and Mrs M. Downing – erect a porch and wooden verandah and replace door with window and window with door at rear at Les Vielles Salines, Rue du Clos.

TORTEVAL

Torteval Churchwardens – create hard surface area to entrance of church (protected building) at Torteval Church, Rue du Belle.

VALE

Mr W. A. C. Davey – install double doors in existing dormer window on south elevation and construct a balcony at Le Corsaire, Ville es Pies.

Mr J. Veron – replace three existing aluminium windows with UPVC to front of property at Le Petit Creux, Les Landes.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representation about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice. Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
