Mr and Mrs M. Gully – install a swimming pool, lay patio and erect a shed at Les Ormes, Route de la Ramee.

Mr and Mrs A. Ozanne – demolish existing extension and erect a single-storey flat-roofed extension with lantern light, and install dormer windows (east elevation and west elevations) at Still Waters, Delancey Lane.

Mr and Mrs I. Galliott – demolish existing extension and extend dwelling (rear elevation) at Le Mouillage, Rue des Cambrees.

Mr F. Girard – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling; alter driveway and create vehicular turning point at Courtil de Laitte, Rue de Laitte.

VALE

Mr P. Radford – variations to previously-approved works to replace existing concrete tiles with natural slate – replace existing concrete tiles with clay pantiles (protected building) at Maison Bordeaux, Rue du Havre.

Les Landes Residential Association – install and relocate replacement pumping station and control panel; demolish entrance/roadside wall and erect new wall and install three bollards; remove gate and erect replacement wall, remove section of hedge. Resurface pumping station area with bitmac, alter kerb and create car parking space; erect chainlink fence. Relocate vehicular entrance to residents' car park and alter kerb. Resurface car park with gridforce and gravel and create 14 car parking spaces at the pumping station and adjacent residents' car park, Les Landes Estate.

Mr S. Clark – use field to extend garden at La Pomare, La Mazotte.

Mr K. G. Carre – change of use of former workshop to base for funeral services business and erect awning (revised) at Abigail Villa, Houmet Lane, L'Islet.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representation about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice. Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
