Mr R. Smart – demolish existing and erect replacement single storey lean-to extension (rear elevation), alter roof and install dormer window (side/north elevation) at Lion Rock, Cobo Coast Road.

FOREST

The rector and churchwardens of Forest – repairs to windows on south elevation (protected building) at Forest Parish Church, Le Bourg.

ST MARTIN'S

Fistral Trustees Ltd – extend and alter and convert existing barn to create two units of residential accommodation at Casa Mia, Oberlands, Fief Le Roi.

Mr and Mrs Snell – demolish conservatory and erect replacement at rear of property and erect extension over garage at side of property at Greenway, Rue Cauchez.

Mrs M. Knight – install pitched roof dormer window at front of property at Cantium, Les Vaurioufs.

HP Dorking Ltd – demolish conservatory at side and erect replacement two storey extension with terrace and rooflight and Juliet balcony to rear at Les Rebouquets, Les Rebouquets Lane.

Mr J. Margison – repairs and maintenance works to church (protected building) at St Sampson's Parish Church, Church Road.

Mr and Mrs M. Thoumine – extend dwelling (side and rear elevations) and install flue (rear elevation) at Willow Bea Lodge, Rue des Annevilles.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr and Mrs T. Boreham – create three additional car parking spaces for Bumble Cottage, re-site shed and retain layout of site including boundary features (part retrospective) at La Boulangerie and Bumble Cottage, Rue du Camp du Douit.

Ms J. Torode – install one larger replacement rooflight and one new rooflight (rear elevation) at May Tree Cottage, Rue des Crabbes.

VALE

Mr D. Jones – change of use of former cafe to part of dwelling at Pilots Lodge, North Side.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this publication may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
