Mrs F. S. Cambrai-Bell – remove roadside boundary hedge and erect replacement fence at Novena Lodge, Le Vauquiedor Clos, Le Vauquiedor.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – erect switching station building, security fence with gates and gabion wall at St Andrew's Reservoir Industrial Site, St Andrew's Road.

ST MARTIN'S

Mr and Mrs Flouquet – install additional dormer window on rear elevation, remove lantern light on conservatory, alter roof to side extension, remove chimney and install new window and door (retrospective) at Maison Blanc, Le Martivel Estate, La Ruette.

Mrs P. Moss – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling and garage at Idlewilde, Val au Bourg.

Mr P. Watson – demolish existing shed and erect new shed at Anfre, Calais Lane.

Trouvaille Holdings Ltd – change of use from use class 34 to use class 35 and use class 30 for archive storage plus commercial storage of goods at Healthspan Distribution Centre, Pitronnerie Road.

Mr R. Kelly – erect single-storey flat-roof extension at rear of property at 20, Piette Road.

Mr and Mrs T. Guillou – remove existing and install replacement front door at 4, Well Road Terrace, Well Road.

Black Swans Ltd – install new shop-front windows and entrances to existing openings, install glazed canopy, install retractable awnings and create external seating areas at Chillax Eatery and Foodstore, Units 2 and 3 Royal Terrace, Glategny Esplanade.

Mr and Mrs S. Milsted – install dormer window at front (south elevation), protected building, at Magnolia House, Candie Road.

Mr and Mrs S. Duchemin – remove hedging, erect 1.5m high fence and replant new hedging on west side of property at Le Jardin des Petits Rouvets, La Grande Rue.

Hillstone Guernsey Ltd – variations to works previously approved, demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling – install solar panels to south elevation and finish in render in lieu of timber cladding at Le Frie Baton, Rue des Cinq Verges.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs A. Merrien – install dormer window and rooflight on west elevation, cabrio rooflights on south elevation and dormer window on east elevation and demolish existing chimneys and rebuild one on south elevation at Bella Vista, Les Tielles Lane.

VALE

Mr and Mrs Robinson – remove two chimneys and rebuild one chimney, replace windows and doors, install patio doors (southeast elevation), lay cladding to external walls at The Moorings, Les Petils Bordeaux.

Mr and Mrs R. Le Cras – extend dwelling to east (rear) at Rimini, Le Friquet.

Mr R. Priaulx – erect extension to rear workshop at The Two Keys, La Vielle Marais.

Mr and Mrs M. Phillips – erect a garage with first-floor studio to side of property at Westerland, Portinfer Road.

Mr and Mrs R. Ayres – alterations to front (east elevation), replace bay window and front door and reface section in granite at Langaller, Rue Colin.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this publication may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
